If the request for cancellation of booking/reservation is:-
15days {Fifteen days }in advance of date of occupation
Full refund.
7 days {Seven days} in advance of date of occupation
(Fifty percent) refund.
Less than7 days {Seven days} in advance of date of occupation.
No refund.

Terms and conditions
This will be a guided trek and minimum 4 Pax required for the program
The participation charges will be INR 1800/- per head
Snacks with coffee/tea will be given at 4.30PM
Changes with food menu can be done with prior notification
There will be a complementary trekking kit for all participants which includes mineral water, snacks, cap and basic first aid kit
Participants are requested to carry good walking shoes, binoculars and camera to make the event memorable
Medical aid will be on call basis
Shared Accommodation and breakfast will be in a 3 star level resort
Tailor made packages also can be done according to the requirements
Tents also will be available during the trek at lunch and rest points
